White sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Warm water – ¾ cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
For Filing
Garlic – 3 cloves
Oil – 2 tsp
Chicken – 300 g
Salt – to taste
Pepper – ½ tsp
All spice – ¼ tsp
Paprika – ½ tsp
Onion – 2 medium
Red and green capsicum - to taste
Tomato ketchup – 3 tbsp
Fried cumin – ½ tsp
Chopped parsley – to taste
Flour – 1 tsp
