This is a Championship Sequence Dance and full of Competition Figures and variations we dance above Gold Standard. The Dance itself will challenge good dancers but is well worth learning.

Contra Check against DC *Lady will almost back against LOD into Slip Pivot to Face LOD. *Lady Backing LOD.
Natural Pivot Turn *S& S note amount of turn 1 and 3/8 of a turn.. Back Feather and Feather Finish.
Fallaway Reverse Slip Pivot *QQQQ into Open Telemark ended in Promenade.
The man uses compression and body turn with you following with a Throwaway Oversway and Twist Turn to Right *SS into a syncopated Twist Turn to Right *SQ&Q keep compressed turning on Heel Toe, Toe, Toe, TH after brushing to Promenade. Keep compressed until end of the movement and lifting to Promenade.
Immediately Step into Chair from Promenade. Slip Pivot against LOD to Face Diagonal Centre. Follow with 1to8 Reverse Wave including the Heel Pull *body turn, and continue 2to3 of a Curved Feather ended Outside Partner. DW against. Note! Sway straight Right and Left, Left.
Repeat Heel Pull with Syncopation Q&Q continue a Standing Spin and Attitude Line for Lady *QQ 2 walks circling around your partner Outside Partner continue to Walk SLOW on the Toe outside Partner stepping into Promenade after turning the lady to Promenade SLOW. Feather Ending and Change of Direction using Strong CBM and compression to end the dance DC against LOD. *SS.

Special Note! For me dancing man the Attitude Line and standing spin feels like an over run movement the lady will require support and balance once she has collected weight onto her compressed right leg with the other leg extended backwards from the knee with knees together. She can further help you by turning her headline from right to left during the movement. She will have an upward feeling throughout the body and head from the Toe.

Down! Heel step without rise *. (Q)
Rise! End of 2 Toe Heel stepping to side. (&)
Up! On Toe and for Attitude Line and Standing Spin. (Q)
Flick and Standing Spin on A Toe (QQ).

You will close on a toe since the man is already elevated. (S)
Then step TH after turning to Promenade. (S)
