✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• Pancake mix (prepared according to package instructions)
• Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
• Squeeze bottles
• Syrup and whipped cream, for topping
Directions:
1. Prepare the pancake mix in a bowl, following the package instructions. Divide the batter evenly into six bowls, then add a different food coloring to each to create the full rainbow.
2. Transfer each colored batter into a squeeze bottle for easy piping.
3. Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Working with one color at a time, squeeze thin lines of batter across the pan. Cook for about 30 seconds, then flip and cook for another 15-20 seconds until fully set.
4. Repeat with the remaining colors, cooking each separately. Once done, toss all the pancake “noodles” together in a bowl for that rainbow swirl effect.
5. Drizzle with syrup, add a dollop of whipped cream, and enjoy this TikTok-worthy breakfast masterpiece! 🌈✨
