HOW PEOPLE RECEIVE THEIR CALLING
This session identifies how people discover or receive their particular calling. You are already called. John 15:6 says “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit, fruit that will last.”
1. Through a supernatural encounter like Moses who saw a burning bush (Exodus 3:1-2).
2. Through God’s clear voice (Genesis 12:1).
3. Through a vision or a dream (Isaiah 6:8).
4. Through a spiritual leader (1 Kings 19:19).
5. Through a burden that won’t go away (Nehemiah 1:4).
6. Through needs of people around you (Matthew 9:36).
7. Through faithfulness with small responsibilities (Luke 16:10; 1 Peter 4:10).
8. Through your current circumstances (1 Corinthians 16:9).
9. Through family upbringing (2 Timothy 1:5-6).
10. Through inheritance (Genesis 26:24).
11. Through a relative (Exodus 4:14-16).
12. Through God-given desires (1 Timothy 3:1).
13. Through childhood dreams (Genesis 37:5-7).
