満員電車　曇る窓に映る自分を 他人のような目で眺めていた 「正解」を選び続けてきたはずなのに なぜだろう、喉の奥がずっと渇いている 手に入れた役職(カード)と　失くした熱情 天秤にかけることすら　もう忘れてしまった


「いい歳して」なんて言葉が 首輪のように僕らを縛りつけるけど 心臓の鼓動だけは　まだルールを守れない 行儀良く死んでいくために　生まれてきたわけじゃないだろう？


歪んだこの世界(浮世)の真ん中で まだ「自分」を捨てきれない僕らがいる 予定調和の未来を　その手で叩き割れ 傷つくことを恐れた昨日に　今さら用はない 証明するのは　地位でも名誉でもなく ただ、この胸がまだ熱く波打っているという事実だけだ


効率と損得　叩き込まれたロジック 正論という名のナイフで　夢を削ぎ落とした 「若かった」の一言で片付けるには あの日見た景色は　あまりに鮮やかすぎて


交差点を行き交う　無機質な影たち 誰かの代わりはいくらでもいると　風が笑う なら、誰にも真似できない「絶望」を抱えて ここから　逆転のシナリオを書き始める


美しくなくていい　泥臭く足掻け 「手遅れ」だと笑う奴らに　背中を見せてやれ 守るべきもののために　牙を失くすな 限界を決めるのは　いつだって自分自身だ 擦り切れた靴のままで　新しい一歩を 誰の許可もいらない　君だけのクロスロード


孤独を知るたび　優しくなれた 痛みを知るたび　強くなれた 過去の自分と　今の自分が　交差(クロス)するこの瞬間 静かな怒りを　光に変えて


歪んだこの世界の真ん中で まだ「自分」を捨てきれない僕らがいる 予定調和の未来を　その手で叩き割れ 一度きりの人生を　端役で終わらせるな 証明するのは　地位でも名誉でもなく ただ、この胸がまだ熱く波打っているという事実だけだ
