Dressing Recipe:
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon maple syrup, or Medjool date*
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 to 2 tsblespoons of cold water
Salt and black pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl or cup. Taste and adjust as needed. This will serve 1 to 2 people.
If you want to use a date instead of maple syrup, you’ll need to blend this in a high speed blender instead.
