Описание:
1. Set your feet hip width but with one foot in front of you so that your front knee creates a 90 degree angle when you are at the bottom of your split.
2. Step on your band with your front foot and grab a low point in each hand, then pull the band up around your shoulders.
3. Brace your core, holding your band tight to your foot and squat down between your feet, gently touching the floor with your back knee if you can and keeping your front knee over your front ankle, slightly rotated out.
4. Squeeze your self up through the band to return to standing.
