In this video, I walk through the assembly of our Kritter Kribs Squirrel House Kit and explain the design choices that went into it.
This is a large squirrel house designed to be mounted directly to a tree. It comes as an unpainted kit, allowing you to finish it however you’d like. The roof is thermoformed plastic, which can be painted — I often paint it copper or silver to give it a metal look while keeping it lightweight and durable.
The house features:

• An internal predator guard
• Dual entrances for emergency escape
• Easy-access cleanout for maintenance
