En cuanto despiertas, te levantas. Sin celular, sin quedarte en la cama negociando contigo mismo. Esa es la primera batalla diaria, y muchos la pierden antes de poner un pie en el suelo.
Busca la incomodidad a propósito. Agua fría, una ducha helada o 10 minutos de ejercicios con tu propio peso. No se trata del físico, se trata de activar tu sistema nervioso y dejarle claro a tu cerebro que tú mandas, no la comodidad.
Después, escribe lo que harás hoy. No metas generales ni promesas vacías. Acciones específicas, tareas claras que vas a ejecutar sí o sí durante el día.
