Описание: On February 21, 2025, the Rio Rancho Police Department received a call regarding a possible intoxicated driver. Lt. Naus located the described vehicle. A 27-year-old woman was exiting the vehicle and attempting to run into a residence. She was stopped and detained while officers investigated a possible DWI. The woman declined to cooperate in the investigation and refused to submit to standardized field sobriety tests. She was asked to exit her vehicle, but she refused. She was then extracted by officers and taken down to the ground. She was eventually taken to the Rio Rancho Police Station, where she refused to submit to a breath test. It was revealed that she had previously been arrested for DWI in 2023. Her charges and the outcome of this case are discussed at the end of the video.
