Walnut Halwa — a quick, nourishing treat that combines the goodness of walnuts (rich in Omega-3 for brain health) and milk (full of calcium for strong bones).
Perfect when you want to give your little one something yummy and nutritious.
You need:
2 cups walnuts (crushed)
4 tbsp ghee
1 cup milk
½ cup jaggery powder
½ tsp cardamom powder
How to make:
Heat ghee in a pan.
Roast walnuts for 3–4 mins.
Add milk & cook till it thickens.
Mix in jaggery till it melts.
Add cardamom, stir & cook 1–2 mins.
Serve warm!
