Описание: In this video, I share my Kundalini awakening experience — it began with a powerful and life-changing moment following a period of emotional stress and spiritual confusion. As a qualified counsellor and Christian, I had no framework to understand what was happening when I felt my consciousness leave my body, my chakras open, and intense energy surge through my heart and sacral chakras.
What followed was a series of deeply intense physical and emotional shifts. At the time, I had barely heard of Kundalini and I certainly didn’t expect to have an activation myself.
This is a grounded and honest account of what a Kundalini activation felt like to me — it occurred spontaneously and without spiritual preparation. I hope sharing my story can offer insight, reassurance, or validation for anyone going through a similar experience.
