Ingredients:
Chicken carcass
2 quarts (1/2 Gallon) purified water
2 onions chopped (or use dried)
3 cloves garlic (or use dried)
1/2 bunch celery coarsely chopped (or use celery seed)
1 carrot coarsely chopped (optional)
Parsley fresh or dried to taste
2 tbsp Kirkland No Salt Seasoning
1 tsp peppercorns
3 bay leaves
1 tsp powdered turmeric
