Welcome to Dieselland Academy. This training series is designed to teach correct diesel injector repair using tested methods and professional Dieselland-Equipment tools. We will be showing you things from how to diagnose a common-rail injector in Dieselland-Equipment test benches to complex grinding processes.
Dieselland has been founded in early 2000-s and in our 20+ years of experience we have designed and developed wide range of machines and tools for diesel injector repair. Our successful diesel workshop complements our developing process so we can meet new problems first hand.
In this part, we take a closer look at Delphi injectors. Before coding them, we must first calibrate the test bench. We will guide you step by step through the calibration process using the Delphi EJBR01001A injector from the F20 family as an example. The same procedure applies to other Delphi injectors.
