This weekend, thanks to resetera user Idas, public reports made to the Brazilian regulatory authorities has given us a better understanding of what Sony, Ubisoft, and more think of the deal.

But as with any public filing, things are not precisely as they might appear on the surface.

Sony's not punching down, but it is getting in some Brazilian whacks...in Virtual Legality.
