Civil Judge (Senior Division I) Dr. Diwan Fahad has issued a stern order for the attachment and seizure (Kurki-Jabti) of the Aurangabad District Collectorate (DM Office). This drastic measure comes as a result of the administration's persistent failure to comply with a prior judicial decree regarding land acquisition compensation.

The Root of the Conflict:
The case revolves around a long-standing dispute over unpaid compensation for land acquired by the government. The decree-holder, Hare Krishna Prasad, has been fighting a legal battle for years to receive his rightful dues. Despite multiple reminders, show-cause notices, and ample time granted by the court, the District Legal Branch and the administration failed to provide a clear timeline for the payment.

Judicial Strictness vs. Administrative Negligence:
Frustrated by the "continuous defiance" of judicial orders, the court took this extreme step to uphold the majesty of the law. Government Advocate Brij Prasad Singh confirmed that the administration failed to provide a satisfactory response even after being served a show-cause notice. The court has now directed the 'Nazir' (court official) to execute the attachment of the Collectorate building within 15 days and submit a compliance report.

The Administration's Stance:
Responding to the crisis, Aurangabad DM Abhilasha Sharma stated that the administration is currently reviewing the court order. While hinting at a legal challenge or a move through the proper judicial channels, the DM emphasized that the district office would proceed according to the law.
