This is my practice. This is not a perfect practice or a perfect demonstration of anything. It is just my practice. "Do your practice and all is coming." I am not sure I want to share my practice here for long, but for now, it is here.
Ashtanga yoga is a beatiful movement ritual and after having had a decade long break from the traditional method, I have a perspective that I couldn't have if I had been in the inside the entire time. I'm grateful for the break and I am grateful for the universe/Maya/Lila/The gods of yoga :) to have guided me back on the path that I started over 20 years ago.
