Mason & Risch were a Canadian made instrument and the company was founded in 1877 in Toronto.
They were known for making high quality pianos for decades and enjoyed a good reputation.
Our model is the Classic finished in Walnut satin , circa 1958 with a serial of 89000.
The piano has 2 pedals and comes with the original matching stool. The action is a light feel and the piano has a very nice mellow/bright tone.
There are a number of marks and scratches on the casework, the top lid has a varnish stain and scratches,
the l/h key cheek has varnish worn, the l/h top has a chip ,the stool is quite marked on the top,
the left front leg has varnish worn and the r/h side has a chip at the bottom , all shown in photos
