Demi tripped during This is Me, right after she points at Joe while singing "you're the superstar" (she does it every concert).
He doesn't call her "Jemi Lovato"
And yes, everyone went WILD after they hugged. Demi went in for a high-five and then they looked at each other and hugged for like 2 seconds. Nothing more, nothing less. I wouldn't read too much into it.
