Chicken Korma 🍗
Soft, juicy chicken pieces cooked slowly in a rich, creamy gravy made with yogurt, onions, and aromatic Indian spices. Mildly spiced yet full of flavor, this classic dish is perfect for a comforting and royal-style meal.
Ingredients for half kg chicken korma :--
1/2 kg chicken (with bone)
100 grms of curd
3 onion ( medium size)
20 to 30 cloves of garlic
4 inch ginger
2 to 3 green chilli(According to your taste ).
2 to 4 whole garlic (optional)
Fresh coriander .
salt to taste ( 1 1/2 tbsp )
water half glass
For marination:-
50 grms or 4 to 5 tbsp of curd
1 tbsp of jeera powder
1 tbsp of dhaniya powder
1 tbsp of red chilli powder
1 tbsp of black paper powder
1 1/2 tbsp of kashmiri chilli powder
1/3 tbsp of haldi
1 tbsp of chicken masala
1 tbsp of garam masala powder
3-4 tbsp of onion oil or ghee.
Whole spices :---
2 bay leaf
4-5 long
2 dalchini
Gravy :-
mustard oil
whole spices
sliced onion
2 -3 tbsp curd
salt to taste
ginger garlic green chilli paste
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
roughly Chopped coriander leaf
For garnishing:--
green chilli
fresh coriander
