Today, we’ll show you the steps to rebuild the pressure regulator.
You begin rebuilding the pressure regulator by removing the fasteners.
Next separate the top from the bottom and remove the piston and replace the piston O-ring.
Next remove and clean the spring.
Replace the regulator diaphragm during the rebuild as it is a wear item.
Remove ball and spring, inspect and clean.
Next clean the housing thoroughly.
Once all components have been inspected and cleaned, reassemble.
