Not much to be said about the step up from the Zika 210 to Zika 216 target as the devs skipped out on making the targets more interesting by changing up the layout in favor of artificial difficulty. In short, the ships just have more health and damage out put. so strategically thinking isn't really required, you just need harder hitting ships than you used against the Zika 210s and you'll be good for the most part.
... When are we going to get weird and interesting targets back in the game that actually make you think rather than whatever they call the dull and boring things we keep getting. And yes, there are ways to create interesting and challenging targets without creating some weird artificial difficulty curve by coding the targets to just have more health and damage, or coding in reductions to a player's damage output/raising NPC ship damage reductions against certain ship types. If you have to resort to such things... I think you need to swap out with another dev because strategy games clearly aren't your thing. Maybe try making an RPG game, because those kinds of game designs are more in line with that genre and more than welcome in them.
