🚶♀️ Daily Walk (20–30 min):
Walk se pelvis open hota hai, blood flow improve hota hai aur labor smooth hota hai. Ye sabse safe aur natural exercise hai.
🏋️♀️ Squats (Doctor approved):
Squats pelvic floor ko strong banate hain. Strong pelvic floor = smooth labor.
Bas form sahi rakho aur 10–15 slow squats kaafi hain. Baby koi “Amazon parcel” nahi jo gir jaaye 😄
🌬️ Breathing Technique:
Proper breathing pain control karti hai aur delivery ke time body ko relax rakhti hai. Ye technique true game changer hai.
