They Say Don’t Do This in Sashiko - But I Did

Описание: I broke every sashiko rule I usually follow to finish this ombre quilt - using sashiko through batting, using a hoop and even stitching one stitch at a time. Here's what happened. At last, it's time for the last step - assemble the layers and quilt everything together. I'm inspired by the original fabric to add in some cherry blossom sashiko, unexpected because they're almost hidden in the pattern. They're random, and they're going to enhance my quilt with even more sashiko - but this time it's part of the quilting process. But how to do it? Break all the rules.
