In this video we will talk that why seepage, termite, electric issues and structural issues surface so often in Pakistan. There can be some issues of using lesser materials but the problem is bigger than that. It is issue of incompetence or at times missing few very important things. You have to create barriers in order to get rid of these problems. Single barrier at times is not suffecient and have to come up with additional barriers so that if one of them fails, the next barrier manages it well.
