Описание: Learn English with Mimi & Mouse! An educational video for babies and children to learn English following the child's natural ability to assimilate new information.

I follow a Montessori approach to create engaging and low stimulation videos using my own handmade illustrations. I use imaginative play, clear dialogues and interactive games to promote learning and encourage speech.

In each lesson I create an environment similar to how one learns their first language, focusing on communication and comprehensible input rather than explicit grammar rule in order to promote learning and encourage speech.
This is a fantastic foundation for babies learning English as their first language, providing a strong vocabulary base and essential language skills, and it is great for early learning of English as a second language! The visual clues, clear pronunciation, and repetition make it easy for little ones to grasp new words and phrases. The positive and encouraging approach helps children build confidence and enthusiasm for learning English.
In this lesson we introduce important concept in a playful and interactive way. We explore a range of early learning concepts through play, movement and repetition. We focus especially on:
Numbers: recognising and naming numbers.
Fun practice through pretend conversations that prepare kids for real social situations.
Pronunciation practice: repeating clear and simple words support early speech development.
Action words and basic commands: following simple instructions such as wave hello, jump and pretend to sleep.
This video encourage children to listen, respond and partecipate, helping them to build confidence in understanding and using English in real-life situations.

I understand that every child learns differently and some children thrive in a more calm and structured environment. The videos are designed with gentle presentation in mind, the visual are clear and uncluttered, the audio is carefully balanced to avoid overstimulation. They are perfectly suited for children with speech delays, sound sensitivities, ADHD and/or anxiety disorder as they engage the child without overstimulation, maintaining their attention throughout. The content is presented in a logical, organised way, providing a sense of predicability and security. This structure is particularly helpful for children with ADHD, as it support their attention and reduces the feeling of being overwhelmed. I use a positive and encouraging language, creating a supportive and positive learning environment. This can help build self-esteem and reduce anxiety. The deliberate slow pace, combined with its calming tone and low-stimulation visuals, creates a soothing environment that can help regulate emotions, reduce stress, and foster focus. This approach not only supports emotional well-being but also facilitates learning in a gentle, non-overwhelming manner.

How to use the video:
Watch the video with your little one and make it a regular part of their learning routine.
Repeat the words and actions shown in the video throughout your daily activities.
Encourage your child to point, touch, and respond to the prompts in the video.
Learning should be a joyful experience, let your child curiosity lead the way!
