Mains is the author of numerous books including Unsolved No More and the textbook Mastering Cold Case Investigations, each offering insight into his investigative approach.
He has also been fortunate to have starred in two television series: Death Row Confidential: Secrets of a Serial Killer, produced by Fireside Pictures and Dick Wolf Entertainment along with the five episode series Hunt For The Zodiac Killer on the History Channel.
He leads the True Crime Division at Fireside Pictures while continuing to work tirelessly to bring closure to families and justice to victims.
