📖 Section 406 PPC Summary: If someone has been entrusted with property or any valuable item and they dishonestly misappropriate it or use it for a purpose not intended, they can be punished under Section 406 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
⚖️ Punishment under Section 406:
Imprisonment: Up to 7 years
Fine: The offender may also be liable to a fine
Or Both: The court can impose both imprisonment and fine
