For the best outcome and to learn these Spanish phrases by heart, you should listen, pause, listen again, and then repeat twice. Try to imitate my pronunciation :)
My pronunciation of the 'z' and 'c' in this video is soft, like a 'seseo'. You are more likely to hear this in the South of Spain and Latin America. I have done this on purpose, simply because more people worldwide learn Spanish with the 'seseo.'
I have included the masculine and feminine examples for words. Remember that the masculine form ends in an 'o' and the feminine form ends in 'a'.
