There is a stage in building a business where the work quietly changes.
Early on most of my energy went into the craft. Making things. Proving we could do good work. Getting someone to trust us once.
Now the responsibility feels different. Less about creating and more about sustaining something that can hold people well and keep moving forward without constant force.
In this video I walk through where my attention is actually going right now.

Quality of the work after it leaves my hands
Team health and clarity of direction
Paying attention to what is changing in business and culture before it arrives
Not as a system to copy, but as an honest look at what the role has become.
Because building a company slowly turns you from the person doing the work into the person shaping the conditions the work lives inside of.
