Scheduled CARGO Boeing 737 flights have finally returned to Newcastle Airport. @FedEx operates a feeder flight that has been done using ATR72s between Glasgow and Paris CDG for years now.
Here is ASL Airlines Boeing 737-400 EI-STK first delivered to Aer Lingus as EI-BXI in April 1991.
The flight has now been replaced by Boeing 737-400 and 800 freighters flying between Edinburgh and Newcastle and then on to Paris CDG.
Previously the airport had Royal Mail flights operated by West Air Sweden ATPs and Jet2 Boeing 737-300Qs which flew to Stansted and East Midlands.
