Beneath that Equine wig is Cynthia Vellanoweth, also known as Arnold, Gooding, and Mbahia, a 68-year-old illiterate who claims to be a DC Lobbyist!... (Not True)!... What is she?...IMHO a Scam & Fraud!... And unfortunately, she became a Lodger in my home, renting a guestroom on a monthly lease! After several months of late rent payments, it became apparent that her sketchy revenue stream was drying up. When her rent payment became NSF, she decided to simply "Squat"! I served her with the appropriate 3-day Notice to pay or quit, followed by a 30-day Notice of Lease Termination!...and for the next several weeks until she was vacated from my home on 2-22-25, I had to endure her daily caustic babble and increasingly bizarre behavior!...she retaliated by calling the Police to report being harassed by notices she had been served!.... The Officers explained that it was not a crime!...

Note: Online court documents have revealed she was also evicted from a previous rental in Santa Cruz under similar or dubious circumstances to include non-payment of rent, property damage, and allegedly threatening her landlord with a knife!

(UPDATE) On January 21, 2025, a small claims lawsuit, case #25PDSC00119, was filed regarding unpaid rent. On May 22, 2025, a judgment was entered in my favor for the outstanding rental debt and court fees.
(UPDATE) On 4/24/25, "Vellanoweth" attempted to obtain a TRO (Civil Harassment Order) case #25VERO0000422 agains myself, claiming Cyber Harassment, in an attempt to remove this video evidence regarding her activity and behavior presented previously as part of Civil case #25PDSC00119 but, she ended up suffering only humiliation in court as she was caught in several lies and gross inconsistancies in a pathetic attempt to convince the court her request was valid! The Judge dismissed her laughable claim as devoid of credibility, finding that all the videos expose the facts and highlight her contemptuous behavior!
(UPDATE) On 5/23/25, "Vellanoweth", using the alias "Arnold", attempted to relitigate the case mentioned above by filing a second TRO (Harassment Order) case #25STRO2789 against myself, but was quickly shut down by the Judge who commented that "Vellanoweth/Arnold's" Petition was "Problematic & Fishy", and concluded that plaintiff had possibly committed among other things perjury by submitting highly questionable "Proof of Service" documents to the court! The judge stated she would request and review the transcripts from the previous TRO case #25VERO0000422 and, if applicable, designate "Vellanoweth/Arnold" as a "Vexatious Litigant" and sanction accordingly. This case has been rescheduled for July 31, 2025, for a final disposition.
(UPDATE) On 7/31/25, regarding the case mentioned above, #25STRO2789 Vellanoweth, appearing as Arnold, was embarrassed once again when the Judge tore apart her second pathetic attempt to hide the truth and ruled in my favor! Her lies and contradictions were easily challenged and summarily squashed!... I said to the Judge..."She's telling you everything but showing you nothing"!...and the Judge obviously agreed!... LoL!
