Our journey begins at the International Village Mall where we return to Congee Noodle Delight. We dive into a massive "Pork on Pork" platter featuring crispy roasted pork belly and tender, honey-glazed Char Siu. Asif provides a detailed breakdown of why this plate earned a stellar 9/10, highlighting the contrast between the "money piece" bark and the juicy interior that soaked perfectly into the rice.

With local favorites like New Town Bakery and Chinatown BBQ closing their doors for the night, we head east to the Joyce-Collingwood neighborhood for a late-night savior: Milk & Sugar BBQ Bar. Located just steps from the SkyTrain, this spot changed the game. For the first time, we tried their signature soup noodles topped with a trifecta of BBQ Duck, Soy Sauce Chicken, and BBQ Pork. The combination of the rich, savory broth and the velvety textures of the meat resulted in our first perfect 10/10 score of the night.
