Released in 2005, "R.U.4.2.?" is the standout track from the My Way EP, the debut release on the cult French label Såhkåtek. This label was a specialized project founded by the producer himself. The label's overall style is blending sophisticated production with the raw energy of the mid-2000s underground scene.
The man behind the moniker is Djinxx, a veteran of the French scene also known as Karim Sahraoui. Renowned for his ability to bridge the gap between soulful Techno and driving House, Djinxx has spent decades releasing music on imprints like Cocoon, Serial Records and Ovum. His signature style is on full display here.
Can't believe this release was still living in the shadows.
