I REALLY like this seed! Excellent Biome Diversity, a Mesa at Spawn, all the biomes not far away and nearby Stronghold, monument and LOTS of villages.
Underground its really good too with lots of spawners!

Its a great seed for Minecraft Survival - especially Minecraft 1.16 Survival
