Modelling New Faculty Development Programme on the Effectiveness of Competency Based Education (CBE) Approach in a Sociology of Education Course.
Tuning Academy (http://tuningacademy.org) - an International Higher Education and Research Centre for the development and enhancement of the quality of learning, teaching and assessment in higher education, focusing on the competences for intellectual development, employability and citizenship in a global context.
The Tuning Research Unit aims to stimulate academic discussion on different aspects of teaching and learning practices in higher education.
It promotes research into
· the Tuning methodology, its implementation and impact on higher education; and
· competence and outcomes-based student and learning centered teaching, learning and assessment in higher education in general.
It also makes the data collected in the Tuning projects and activities readily available to researchers.
