Описание: I checked into the Britannia Grand Hotel in Scarborough hoping for a peaceful night, but it turned into a nightmare. The bed was filthy, the room dirty, and even the vending machines were out of order. Evening service was rude and unhelpful. I didn’t feel comfortable staying—so I left. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back if you paid me.

The Britannia Grand Hotel in Scarborough looks grand from the outside—but that’s where it ends. My room was dirty, the bed disgusting, and the vending machines didn’t work. Evening service was awful, and the food? Uninspiring at best. The hotel has over 400 rooms, but clearly not enough care. I left the same night. A beautiful building completely let down by what’s inside.
