In this video, I share the exact morning routine that helped me move from feeling overwhelmed, frozen, and inconsistent — to taking steady, sustainable action toward my long-term goals without forcing discipline.

For years, I thought I lacked self-control and motivation. But what I was really missing was capacity. When your nervous system is dysregulated, focus, persistence, and follow-through simply aren’t available — no matter how badly you want them.

That’s why this daily routine isn’t about optimization or hustle. It’s about creating safety, clarity, and readiness in both the body and mind.

I'll walk you through each step of my nervous-system-aligned morning routine;
