Swimming at Snow Lake can be amazing. In celebration of my 350th day in a row swimming in the Puget Sound I decided to hike up to Snow Lake, WA. Only a bit of ice left but enough to semi write it off my bucket list. The temp on my watch read 41.4 but I'm sure it was colder as my feet went numb at about 5 minutes. Come to think about it the 2 minute walk on the ice/snow may have had something to do with it. Amazingly it really didn't feel that cold. When I got out the numbness was gone in 30 seconds, but my hands were cold for a good 5 minutes.
Btw, it rained during the swim... take a look at the drops hitting the water
