In today's BJJ Technique video I show an Anaconda Choke and Schultz Headlock Choke from the front headlock. This is a fun combo to throw into the mix that works off the exact same grip as a setup.
Schultz headlock choke is a fun choke that some people may or may not be familiar with. Dave Schultz used it in wrestling to work towards pinning his opponents. We can use it to submit someone or advanced to a different submission or even the back.
