Bengal Scam Case Update: ED Seeks Judicial Custody Of Partha Chatterjee & Arpita Mukherjee

Описание: A special court in Kolkata sent former Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee and his aide Arpita Mukherjee to another two-day Enforcement Directorate custody till August 5 in connection with the education scam case.
The probe agency had sought four days' custody of Chatterjee before the court on Wednesday. The ED had also sought three days' custody of Arpita Mukherjee, from whose residence it recovered crores of rupees in cash, besides jewellery and other valuables.
