International Turntablist Federation (ITF) 2000 in Las Vegas, CA - the battle extended into the hotel room because the club had to close. Everyone decided to battle it out in the hotel room, to see who would continue on to the Worlds. The video opens with some footage from the contest at the venue. Audio cuts in and out at the beginning, and at the start of the hotel room footage (you can hear the audio "click" getting switched on at 18:44).
