In this video we continue the progress on the NBS Silverado Single cab Dually build. I noticed when I first started working on this truck the door on the passenger side wasn't in the greatest shape. I found someone local on facebook parting out a tahoe. The best part was it was white. This replacement door isn't perfect but is in way better shape than the door that was on it before. In this video I show you how to remove the door from your silverado, sierra, yukon, tahoe and escalade. This door replacement process will work on the 1999-2006 and 2007 Classic. You do need to remove all of the wiring if your door doesn't come with it. I also had to align the fender a little different to make it close correctly. One more step in this dually conversion we are making. Next I need to find a new set of door panels and get new tow mirrors. The Tahoe Mirrors just don't look right with the Dually bed in my opinion.
