Fathom Dweller Mount
from Kosumoth the Hungering in Eye of Azshara (not an instance!)

was added in Legion Patch 7.0 and is still obtainable in Dragonflight.

This was solved and info was provided by the WoW Secret Finding Discord,
dasbaum, Eipril, dasbaum, and Z.

STEP 01 : Talk to Drak'thul on the Broken Shore until he has no more dialogue options for you.

STEP 02 : Go to the cave with the green torch outside and find a pile of dirt to loot the Weathered Relic.

STEP 03 : Return to Drak'thul on the Broken Shore
and talk to him again until he has no more dialogue options for you.

STEP 04 : time to hunt and find the 10 orbs all over the Broken Isle.
Remember to do them in order.

Orb Number 01: Cave in Aszuna. Coordinates: 38, 37 (timestamp : 02:50)

Orb Number 02: Cave in Stormheim. Coordinates: 32,75 (timestamp : 03:35)
(not sure if it still can one shot lvl 70 player)

Orb Number 03: Cave in Lorlathil, Val'sharah. Coordinates: 41, 80 (timestamp : 04:44)
(not sure if it still can one shot lvl 70 player)

Orb Number 04: Cave in the Broken Shore (fatigue water). Coordinates: 32, 72 (timestamp : 06:24)

Orb Number 05: Cave in Aszuna (purple rift). Coordinates: 59, 13 (timestamp : 08:09)

Orb Number 06: Cave northeast of Stormheim. Coordinates: 67, 15 (timestamp : 08:57)

Orb Number 07: Cave in Highmountain. Coordinates: 56, 38 (timestamp : 10:22)

Orb Number 08: Cave in Aszuna. Coordinates: 53, 26 (This one was very tricky) (timestamp : 10:55)

Orb Number 09: Eye of Azshara (sunken ship). Coordinates: 49, 90 (This one was very tricky) (timestamp : 11:34)

Orb Number 10: Broken Shore on Drak'thul's table. (timestamp : 12:51)

STEP 05 : Now you have unlocked the world quest chain that gives you the mount.
The World Quest is DANGER: Kosumoth the Hungering.
The Quest Reward is the Fathom Dweller Mount.
