The EU-Azerbaijan Business Forum 2018 featured sector-specific panel discussions focused on 4 key industries in Azerbaijan:
• Agriculture and Food
• Construction and Machinery
• Transport and Logistics
• ICT and E-commerce
🔹 Key points of discussions were addressing the recent developments in the sectors, the challenges and opportunities for improvement in the respective industries.
The panels were attended by Mr Inam Karimov, Minister of Agriculture, Mr Niyazi Safarov, Deputy Minister of Economy, Mr Ramin Guluzade, Minister of Transport, Communication and High Technologies and Mr Elmir Velizade, Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies, who delivered opening remarks, and moderated by the representatives of the EU member states.
