Adam Flowers goes live to announce that early in the morning on 8-20-20 Frank Cullotta passed away. Frank was an associate of the Chicago Outfit during the 50's thru the early 80's. His best friend growing up was Tony Spilotro. Frank Cullotta was involved with the Grand Ave Crew in Chicago. During the late 70's he was sent to Las Vegas by Joseph Lombardo aka Joey the Clown Lombardo. After forming a crew named the Hole in the Wall Gang, he was arrested and turned government witness after hearing a wire tap between Joseph Lombardo and Tony Spilotro where they threaten his life.
