You are trapped between the canal gates in your airboat. You need to leave your boat and open the gates to continue to Black Mesa East , so you must find a way to the gate control lever.
"Sewer Blockage" is an alternative section set in the "Water Hazard" chapter. It features G-Man sightings and a couple of Easter eggs!
