Will they support Ukraine, Israel and other countries under attack by autocratic governments, theocracies or terrorist organizations. What should US foreign policy be vis-a-vis NATO and the EU. Is US policy adequate under the Biden Administration. What is US policy likely to be after the election under a Harris or Trump administration.

The takeaway was: The changes in these European organizations are likely to determine the future of Europe and the Liberal World Order, and it is therefore critical that we understand their dynamics.
