This mod I made replaces Sheba's party costume, it has facial animations both in cutscenes and gameplay as well as physics. Hair physics are stiff sometimes during cutscene.
You don't need a trainer or mod manager to install this mod, but you can if you want. ( Remember that the mod appears after taking the gear during the cinematic at the begining of the game, showing it until the end of the game ).
This mod contains two types of files:
º Gameplay: shows the entire model ingame. In cutscenes hides the head to show the other file.
º Cutscenes: to allow facial animations. (The devs make it so they could give deeper facial expresions)
Q : If I don't need a mod manager nor a trainer to make it work, how do I install it?
A: In the installation route of the game.
For Steam:
° uPl01ShebaCos2.arc goes to the route:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 5\nativePC_MT\Image\Archive
° evfpl013.arc file goes to the route:C\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 5\nativePC_MT\Image\Archive\event
