Here is Part 5 in a series of big band chart transcriptions that I will be posting periodically.
This transcription is a well-known arrangement of the tune Four Brothers by Jimmy Giuffre from the record Art Pepper +11. The drummer on the original recording is Mel Lewis.
I show you how to catch these simple figures and talk about long and short sounds on the drum set.
